Sacred Valley Tour – 1 Day

Embark on a fantastic day trip to the Sacred Valley. On this wonderful tour you will be able to visit key sites such as the Inca ruins of Ollantaytambo, the ruins of Pisac, the market, the Inca ruins of Chinchero and the Andean Textile Center. On the way from Ollantaytambo to Cusco, you will have the opportunity to stop at excellent viewpoints to witness the beautiful views of the Andes mountains.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 07:20 – 07:50 hrs. From here, we will take a private bus to all of our destinations during the day.

On the way to Pisaq, about 30 minutes from Cusco, we will make our first stop at the Qorao market. Here, the locals display their crafts to appreciate their art and purchase some beautiful handmade souvenirs for you and your loved ones. You will also have the opportunity during this stop to take pictures of the beautiful scenery of mountains, valleys, and even native animals such as llamas!

Then, we will continue towards “El Mirador Del Valle Sagrado”. This viewpoint of the valley will give you the perfect opportunity to photograph the Andes mountain range and the Sacred Valley all together. Then we will arrive in Pisaq to visit its main market and archaeological site. Once finished, we will head to Urubamba and enjoy a delicious buffet lunch of traditional Peruvian dishes.

In the afternoon, we will visit the town of Ollantaytambo to visit its unique and extensive archaeological site with its royal baths, high terraces, temples, etc., surrounded by imposing mountain peaks and colorful valleys (plus a view of a distant glacier)! This city is the best preserved design of a typical city built by the Incas with its narrow cobbled streets and stone walls. Its conservation allows the enduring legacy of the Inca people to remain alive for us today!

Then we will return to Cusco in approximately 2 hours.
