This is one of the most spectacular and most visited trails in all of Peru since throughout its entire journey we find impressive archaeological sites, mountainous landscapes, cloud forests and a diversity of flora and fauna. On clear nights you can see the Milky Way and the constellations. The Incas used this route to make a pilgrimage to the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu.
Very early, we will pick you up from your hotel to take you to Km 82 where we will have breakfast and then start our walk. On this journey we will be able to appreciate two archaeological sites which will be explained by our guide, our first lunch will be in Tarayoc a small community, then we will continue 2 more hours to our camp in Wayllabamba
