Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain Day Trip

The mountain of palccoyo is another alternative to see a mountain of colors remember that vinincunca is never saturated but people who want to have a similar view can visit palccoyo

We begin the pick up from the hotel at 5:00 am and we begin our trip towards the beginning of the Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain trail that is also located near vinincunca, with an altitude of 4900 meters above sea level.

Along the way, we will see beautiful Andes mountains, as well as lush green valleys and hundreds of alpacas and llamas. When we get to Apacheta, we will start our hike towards Rainbow Mountain. After a 30 minute walk, we will reach the viewpoint and see the beautiful rainbow mountains. From here you can appreciate the mountain of colors and with much less people.Our lunch will be ready in a local restaurant. We return to Cusco at approximately 05:00 pm
